General Mills arsonist considers himself a 'preacher'

From the blog Joe.My.God:

The Smoking Gun has identified the douchebag who set fire to a box of Cheerios outside the Minnesota headquarters of General Mills. Flaming cereal bits then ignited the company's lawn and the man and his giggling accomplices fled.

The gay marriage opponent seen in a viral video accidentally setting a fire outside the General Mills headquarters is a Minnesota real estate broker who has previously recorded a series of anti-gay YouTube clips. Michael Leisner, 65, can be seen outside the General Mills corporate campus in Golden Valley. He is carrying a box of Honey Nut Cheerios in one hand and a blowtorch in the other. On Michael Leisner’s YouTube page (Live4Chr1st) he can be seen attacking Representative Barney Frank and Bill Maher, while noting that President Barack Obama has “bent forward to accommodate the sodomites of New York.” He also makes reference to "gay perverts," "fierce faggots," and the "depraved, debasing debauchery of gay activists."

And if you think the video of this "pastor" playing with fire is bad, then I don't know what you are going to think about the following video he made in "tribute" to Congressman Barney Frank marrying his long-time partner:

Lord, hammercy!

He's trying so hard for alliteration. And relevance.

Do you really know Mike? Believe me, I've known him over 60 years. Before I share some secrets about him, let me ask you a few questions:
1. Does everyone agree with you, and everything you do?
2. Is it more loving to ignore a sinner as they slip closer toward the flames of hell, or more loving to confront and warn them with the truth?
3. Does God wink at sin?

1. Of course not everyone agrees with you or what you do!
2. It is no more loving for a parent to let a child run in front of a speeding car, then it is to look the other way while souls slide into the pits of hell unwarned.
3. God does not wink at, or excuse any form of sin. Yet He love's us (sinners) so deeply that He gave His own son to die in our place, that we could be forgiven.

Mike doesn't wink at sin either and takes God's word seriously enough to do whatever it takes to warn people (in the hope they would repent). You may not agree with his technique, but you cannot dispute his profound determination to serve God with every essence of his being.

Here's a few things you don't know about Mike; besides rebuking the homosexual life style, he's fought against abortion, pornography, drinking, drugs and other vile sins that have destroyed countless lives, families and marriages, sending souls into eternal fire.

I've never lived the exemplary life that my brother Mike has, but until you can match your character and live your convictions the way he does – you have no room to talk. When was the last time you fasted 70 days on water to hear from God? Have you refrained from alcohol your entire life? Have you kept yourself pure until marriage because God said too?

You may not like Mike's personality, and that's OK. However, if you disagree with what he's saying – you aren't fighting him, you are railing against God and Jesus Christ who died for you. If you can't accept that, it's obvious you are ignorant of God's infallible word and you have never made Jesus Lord over your own life.

Dee, I am going to make this short. Your friend Mike is a self-righteous kook. I've seen his videos and there is nothing resembling a love of Christ in them. All he pushes is ignorance and hatred in the name of God. He lies and bears false witness against people he has never met. It always amazes me how sad people pervert the love of God to build up their own egos at the expense of others. And if you think any of Mike's behavior reflects truth or a love of God then might I suggest that you get your prescription filled at the same place he needs to go.

Dee,

A couple of things.

First, from the location and the amount of light, this incident occurred late in the evening on the I-394 side of the Mill. Nobody was around to see this "protest". This indicates the sole audience for his event was his camera operator and his driver.

Second, in light of your comment, have you considered the parable of the Pharisee and the Publican? I respectfully suggest that your friend may have already obtained his reward.

I get Dee.
In part at least.
What i do not get is why, among all the sins, homosexuality is such a big deal?
We live in a world steeped in sin (thats not to say that there is not a lot of nice things as well) but the single-minded focus on gays over famine in the world produce by sinful usury, or poverty produce by callousness or even the simple tenent that everybody should be nice to each other, thats what i do not get.
Even if i am to execpt, as a christian, that Leviticus, and more precisly all those sins and their punishment (death in most instances of infidelity for example) still hold sway (even after Jesus basically overwrote Leviticus) why is everybody so obsessed with the single paragraph over male homosexuals (lesbians are never mentioned in this) over sons sleeping with their stepmothers or for sleeping with a woman in her special time of the month?

You know he's doing a parody, right? He's a "Poe," as you guys like to say. His other videos, along with his lisping, effeminate ways, proves it beyond any doubt. In one of his videos, he was facetiously arguing in his parodistic style that Christians should be drunk all the time because of a couple of Bible verses he violently ripped out of context. Please get a clue and stop holding up people like this in order to justify your prejudice and bigotry against Christians.

Nice try, Jay but this man is quite sincere in his beliefs. That is one problem. The willful inabilty of you to realize that such 'christians' exist and your silly desire to instead attack me is another problem.

Dee, you do realize the Bible also says a woman should never teach anything to a man that's what you attempted here.thankfully we live in a society that is not ruled by that wicked book.the more laws we pass that ignore any religious text, the better.
