Know Your LGBT History - The gay black church experience told by US

Today's edition of Know Your LGBT History is different for a single reason. It seems that every time the subject of lgbts and the Black church comes up, the debate is always either handled by others who are not lgbts of color or things are not said which need to be said.

There are certain aspects of the Black church which never seems to come up when talking about lgbts. The reason why they don't come up is because lgbts of color - particularly black gay men - are not invited into the conversation as we should be. And the times in which we are invited in the conversation, we tend to not speak as candidly as we need to.

That's why these clips by comedian Sampson are so important. They are not only funny, but also very truthful. I know this for a fact:
